This three story apartment complex located in Tonawanda what is completed in just about a day and a half. This project was able to be completed without the use of any lifts or ladders our machines were able to reach well beyond the height of the facility right from the ground. Making this project more cost-effective. This property gets heavy road traffic from the 290 causing heavy carbon buildup from road emissions so it is essential it gets washed regularly so the build up doesn’t cause staining to the siding.
If the buildup sits on the siding long enough it will create a bond that is only released using an acid-based solution. This method can be done but is very costly and more time consuming that’s why it’s more of a restoration process not just a cleaning.
